Shiny is bad (CPSIA)

Overlawyered continues to update on the impact of CPSIA, particularly the issue of rhinestones in childrens' wear. You may feel there's no particular loss if 11-year-olds stop wearing rhinestone-studded "blingwear," but this also affects performance dancewear and other specialized industries that use shiny stuff.
