I didn't buy much in the vendor hall at the conference. We didn't need much, and I wasn't planning on starting anything new or expensive. But I did bring home some of the Scholar's Choice Pocket Posters for Ponytails and Crayons. These are mini versions of typical classroom posters, bound in full-colour 5 x 7 inch booklets and selling for about $5 each (Canadian). Comparing that with the cost of full-size posters, it's not a bad deal, and you don't have to find a place for them on the wall.
Crayons liked her math "cheat sheets" booklet (the grade 3-5 one) so much that she asked to take it outside and look at it some more this morning after she'd done her regular math time. Ponytails thought they were a good idea too, although I think the periodic tables will need to be updated after the announcement that Copernicium is now Element #112.
So you do sometimes find good homeschool stuff at the classroom store!
