A cup of coffee...a short scramble to make sure I have all the right books and haven't forgotten the overheads...every year I think about taking my own lunch to avoid standing in line for rolls and cold cuts, and most years I figure I've got enough to do as it is, and anyway standing in line at the conference is a social activity...I've met some of the most interesting people that way.
And what are you doing with your Saturday?

What am I doing? ...missing the conference :( I always enjoyed going when we lived in the area...but really miss it since we moved. Hope it is a good day!
