Found at the thrift store

Crayons/Dollygirl spent yesterday afternoon helping sort shoes at the thrift store, and she ended up choosing a pair of like-new winter boots.

Mama Squirrel brought home two books:

There were several Garfield-in-French cartoon books, so I just picked one and put the rest out to sell.

Mothers and Daughters at Home: 35 Projects to Make Together, by Charlotte Lyons.  This was on our school list for this year anyway!  It was the first thing I saw when I started working on the books, and it made my day.

Favourite customer seen yesterday:  the man who filled a bundle-buggy with all kinds of home-supply stuff (like curtain rods and light-switch plates) and then topped it off with this:

Big ambitions for the weekend?  Or maybe it was one of those "honey do" stories.
