I bet you have never, ever heard this one before. It's something from Dewey's private collection: "Grandma's House," by The Squirrels. (Did that predate The Chipmunks? I checked online and found it came out in 1966, several years after the first Chipmunks record, so I guess the Squirrels were the copycats...er...rodents.)
