Up until the late 1970's, most of us girls wore dresses or pants-things to school, but not jeans unless you were that much of a rebel (or played soccer at recess). Then there was a switchover, and suddenly the polyester pant things your mother bought you at Sears were no longer cool. I put the blame on Happy Days.Mama Squirrelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06941211100125966917noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10926562.post-8767902595321317262020-11-12T08:37:22.004-05:002020-11-12T08:37:22.004-05:00I think the first time I wore jeans to class was i...I think the first time I wore jeans to class was in grad school!
I love that the herbs and spices give us more flavor (and more ingredients). The more herbs in veggie soup, the better it tastes!
Willowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02912030095491960175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10926562.post-18814474634318625832020-11-11T16:54:51.422-05:002020-11-11T16:54:51.422-05:00I am trying to remember what year I was allowed to...I am trying to remember what year I was allowed to wear jeans to school. That's fine since I'm a messy cook and the fewer ingredients the less mess I make. I'm a little older than you, but we used to love to jump rope too. It wouldn't be pretty if I tried it now : ) Joycehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16727615822243830106noreply@blogger.com
