Rhubarb muffins (maybe the last batch here)

Rhubarb, cut this morning
 A double batch of sour cream rhubarb muffins. Probably our last from that plant.

  1. I love rhubarb, but I think you have to eat rhubarb muffins pretty fast or they'll go moldy on you.

  2. Not usually a problem, we like rhubarb muffins. I will probably freeze a few, though.
